Proust is not responsible for any web sites that you may find or access when using the Proust Service. Please be aware that the content or material available on or through the Proust Service may be protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries.

Proust reserves the right, at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, Proust. Proust also reserves the right to remove links or content from the Proust Service that we believe infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, Proust.

It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged intellectual property right infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 USC ยค512) or other applicable law.
