I broke my collarbone once after a snowboarding accident. I was unable to use the arm at all for almost two months. Being as active as I am, it was an awful two months, but I'm very fortunate that I've never had a serious injury.

August 1990 Sunnyside Dr, Durham, NH 03824, USA The toe nail of one of my big toes had a hangnail and was so infected that the pus pushed its way through to the other side. There was no amount of novocaine that I could be given to numb it.

On the day of my First Communion, I was excited to have my Mom crimp my hair. She stopped crimping for a moment and set the crimper on the bed where I was sitting. I reached my hand to the side and managed to place my wrist right between the mouth of the crimper. I had to take my First Communion with a long, narrow burn aching on my wrist. It was painful and turned many different colors during the course of the ceremony.

I twisted my right ankle in a leaf-filled gutter, then a month later I twisted it again in another leaf-filled gutter. I was rolling around in the leaves screaming until a woman came out of her house to help me. I didn't go to the hospital, and now my ankle still cracks and hurts a lot sometimes.
