If you had unlimited resources, how would you sweep your girlfriend off her feet?

We'd get a private jet and fly all around the world for a year (or 2 or 3). We'd explore each place in full before taking off for the next. We'd lay on beaches, hike through forests, ski mountains with fresh powder, explore cities and eat at the best hidden restaurants. Then we'd pick our favorite places, build houses in each and keep the jet tucked away someplace easily accessible.
