frequent beatings! lol, well no, not really... but the rod/belt was used and applied when necessary. Also got talked to death many times... explanation of what was wrong, why it was wrong, how it would affect my life, etc.. Not complaining, it did work and now I do the same thing to my kids!

By getting my electronics taken away, and beign sent to my room with nothing to do but look out a window and question life.

When very young, my mother had a razor strap she would spank me with. Other than that - time out in my room.
