Talk about a memory that makes you smile when you think of it.

In the summer Espen, our little grandson came with his parents to stay with us in Norway. We all visited England together, and enjoyed staying in Cornwall. Espen has a special fascination for water (he's an Aquarian) and we eventually went to St Michael's mount and walked along the beach in Marazion. When Espen saw the "big splashy" he was drawn to it like a magnet, despite a cold wind. Steering him away was pretty near impossible, but a ride in a boat provided a suitable distraction.

Mirit and I hearing you come home as we were eating your amazing and delicious spaghetti sauce. We left the spoons in the pot and bolted up stairs. (this happened in the townhouse in St. Louis). It was even funnier when you went to scoop out the sauce into containers and imagine your surprise when you found 2 spoons in the sauce.
