1990 Every night before bed my mom used to read to us. Mark would run around with toys and Amber wasn't even born yet. I would just lay there, listening intently to the words of Dr. Seuss. I had dozens upon dozens of his book. My favorite was, And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street.

September 1993 I started kindergarten as a student in Ms. Judth's class. Her class was fun but my favorite experience was story time in the library. The librarian would sit us in a circle and read to us. Also, I loved book drives.

1995 A substitute teach wrote my name on the board for misbehaving because Henry DeMartino and I were talking. I sobbed in front of everyone.

1996 Reading Goosebumps books was one of my ultimate pastimes. My mom used to take us to Zany Brainy at Menlo Park Mall to buy Goosebumps books and play with the educational toys. I miss that place.

1997 By 1997 I was well into the Spice Girls craze wearing the big shoes, pig tails and decorating my bedroom with their photos and my stereo with their stickers. My friends and I even performed "Say You'll Be There" for my fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Gloff. It was my goodbye to them all before I moved.

2004 After causing serious chaos and damage I reinvented myself near the end of high school. I reached way back into my roots and pulled out my inner-nerd. I picked my grades up and joined tons of after school activities. I was also president of the French Honor Society.

February 3, 2007 Brian took me for a tattoo on my 19th birthday. It was a painfully hilarious experience. The skin on my foot was so thin that the artist kept hitting a nerve, which hurt. But I couldn't stop laughing because every time he hit the nerve my foot shook uncontrollably and no one (including me) could stop it.

2008 Max was the first dog our parents really let us keep. He won my mom's heart in one night; it only took the rest of us one minute. Max is anxious, playful, athletic, loyal and most of all, loved.

2008 Rutgers University will forever be in my heart as my alma mater and for giving me so many memorable moments. One in particular was in 2008 when I attended a reading and Q&A with my favorite author, Joyce Carol Oates. After the event, she waited to sign books. I still have my signed copy of, Beasts in my bookshelf today.

July 14, 2011 When I first heard my cousin and best friend, Amanda was having a baby I was so happy for her. I was even happier when she asked if I would be the godmother of Delilah Rose. Of course I had to accept. Delilah will celebrate her first birthday in about 2 months and yes, I will so be there!
