I was bouldering in Jorgenson Park with friends. I had climbed to the top of a particularly difficult climb and was dancing around on top of the rock when I slipped and fell off.
I broke my left leg in two places and gave myself a pretty serious concussion.

Luckily, not many. I once tripped over a rock in the night while running away from a prank. Served me right. Cut my knee pretty bad. I almost broke my nose once, when I was attacked by some idiots in town after a night out. That was probably one of the more horrifying injuries.
