wow, tough question...and I have a few.
1. Daddy dieing shaped the way I view people's purpose and time in one's life. Made me appreciate the time we have with the people who are most important to us. It also made me understand the importance of telling people the way you feel in the moment and not assume there will be a tomorrow.

2. The next experience that shaped my perspective is moving by myself cross country to Los Angeles. It really helped me understand who I am as a woman and what I am capable of doing on my own, completely on my own. It gave me experiences that helped shape my professional and personal life.

I was small and got picked on a lot. I did not take that very well and fought back. One day walking from school to stay with an aunt and a girl started picking on me. I had an overnight bag with me and hit her on the head. I was very sorry afterward prayed for forgiveness.

All the part time jobs I had taught me what I did not want to do the rest of my life. It also taught me how genuine people are no matter their educational status or financial gain

Im the 70's I was watching Tony Brown's journal.
And at the end he said "It's always best to get more than one side of a story!
That has stayed with me for a very long time!!

Moving to California and then Minnesota made me realize how much family - especially siblings - meant to me. Starting at a new school was always easier with a brother in the grade above or below me.
