I don't think I was the best mother in the world. But I loved and still love these kids with all my being. I loved when we use to go fishing and camping. I loved to dress them up and take them to church. They were all very well behaved and I was proud to take them anywhere with me.

James was so cool, being the first everything he did was new to us and we adored him and thought no one else could have such a wonderful child! I had a drawer in a large cabinet that I kept old bills and receipts in and he would take them all out one at a time laughing the whole time and then put them all back one at a time. He out grew being neat, dang it! Kevin was always ready with a smile and a laugh, he was very loving. Rachel was 5 1/2 when she became ours but I always loved shopping for her and making her clothes, I sewed for her barbies and she loved that. Made the sore finger worthwhile.
