Joe Coleman, and too many other "lowbrow" artists for me to mention, Escher, Jack Kavorkian....whoever was responsible for the Nazca Lines...Jason Ahu :)

Adolf Hitler. Despite being one of the most evil dictators, made really excellent drawings of European structures. Some paintings nearly look like photographs.
