Alappuzha, Kerala, India I was born and brought up in this relatively quiet town called Alappuzha. If you are visiting it for the first time, you'll be attracted to the still backwaters and cozy beaches. As my dad's finesse with diseases grew, we shifted houses-twice. I still remember, quite fondly, those times when Hulk Hogan was still Rank 1 in Trump Cards and when I patiently waited every Friday for Amma to return from Trivandrum with gifts and when a trip to the beach was mandatory in a Sunday evening!
