March 2010 When we were getting ready to move to Gillette, WY we were dirt poor. I was picking up food from the Salvation Army and we were due to be evicted any day. We kept this to ourselves and didn't share with anyone what was going on. Right before the move the pastor came to visit us and asked how the church could help with this tremendous move (we were moving our family of 4 over 600 miles in about 2 weeks) and we asked for help with packing. In response someone offered to watch our kids one night so we could pack in peace and another couple dropped off a card with $200 in cash in it. Without those people and the money we never would have made it. This move has strengthed my marriage, provided much needed help for our eldest son and brought us back to something resembling financial peace. I cannot thank those who helped us get here enough.

the Little House series, American Girl series, Babysitter club series and I also really enjoyed several smaller sci-fi/fantasy series.

There isn't much to do in Gillette, WY proper. We DO have the rockpile museum and when the boys' godfather, Marcus Heller and his sister, Stacey visited we had a great time visiting.

nothing really. I struggle with contentment time and again, but today I feel pretty good and incredibly thankful.
