For the most part, I grew up on Patton Lake in Martinsville, IN. We moved there between my first and second grade years. Initially, my parents purchased the little, one bedroom cottage for a weekend home, but they loved it so much in the country that we moved there permanently. It was a wonderful place to grow up and I have the best memories of playing in the woods, fishing, and neighborhood get togethers where there was music and food flowing.
